IX4000 DBC Interface The IX4000 DBC Interface allows you to acquire and process SEM images through the WINEDS® environment. The IX4000 Package consists of the IX4000 DBC Interface box and PCI based Image Acquisition Card. It can be connected to virtually any existing SEM to provide external scanning capabilities for Digital Imaging, X-Ray Mapping, Line Scans, Multi and Single Point Analysis as well as Spectrum Imaging. Once a Spectrum Image has been acquired, X-Ray Maps and Line Scans can acquired in seconds via post processing. Two fully independent video inputs. Acquire Digital Images.
